Maps still rigged in Wisconsin, but it's much more doable for Dems now

Well, this was a nice surprise for the evening.

That doesn't mean it's a FAIR map, mind you. That's because of a prior Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling that said the maps must comply to the "least change" vs the GOP's original gerrymander in 2010. So it still favors WisGOPs, and they'd still have control in a 50-50 year.

But it just got a lot closer.

So adhering to the Big Lie and being a drone for Robbin' Vos just got a lot more riskier for quite a few Republicans at the Capitol. Awww, that's too bad, isn't it?

I'll have more on the numbers as I dig in, but based on the maps I see (linked in this article), I got a new Assembly member! And my buddies in Reedsburg just got spared from a lot of obnoxious mailers, radio ads and other BS in the open race for the 3rd Congressional District, so big win for them!

Here's a good link to interactive maps from the Journal-Sentinel, both at the Congress and State Legislature levels. Fool around and enjoy!
