Back in below-zero Madtown now. Still catching up on things (and there's plenty to catch up on). I'll have a lot more to say as the week moves ahead and more things continue to develop.
I'll just note this one item for now. With record cold continuing to drive up heating bills and tax revenues for January 2014 being down more than 4% compared to the revenues of January 2013, maybe we should set some funds aside instead of blowing them on more tax cuts. Just saying.
